Kelly Blake Legal provides non-reserved legal services as defined by the Solicitors Regulation Authority which includes Police Station Advice and Assistance and other services which fall under the definition.

Kelly Blake Legal is unregulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, but Kelly Blake is a registered Solicitor of England and Wales and is subject to the regulations, principles and code of conduct by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Kelly Blake Legal does not employ any members of staff. Upon instruction and payment of any legal services; clients will be represented by Kelly Blake only, unless sickness or an emergency, whereby the client will be duly notified and an experienced solicitor or barrister will attend any cases, alternatively a refund will be offered if payment has been taken.

Kelly Blake Legal adheres to the relevant Money Laundering Regulations, does not hold client money and will only charge and request payment for professional services only.

Any complaints regarding any purchased services must be addressed to Kelly Blake Legal. All complaints will be addressed within 7 days.  Alternatively you may also contact the Legal Ombudsman to resolve any issues you may have.
